She could easily pass for her son’s girlfriend, and when people ask about her age, she often has to help them pick up their jaws from the floor.
“I often get hit on by younger men who are always taken aback when they discover that I am old enough to be their mother,” she explains.
So what’s the secret that makes her look decades younger?
“A good diet, regular exercise, and the fact that I am lucky to have some good genes,” She says.
“I also follow the 80/20 diet rule; 80 percent healthy diet and 20 percent sneaking in the odd dessert, a little alcohol or organic dark chocolate,” she adds.
She also uses coconut oil in almost every meal and always uses sunscreen when going out.
Though she is not a fan of the gym, she does some body conditioning exercises and takes sauna sessions as well. Finally, she gives the most credit for her youthful looks to her positive outlook on life.
