Arithmetic Just Got Tricky for South African President Zuma
The charismatic and popular president zuma recently surprised the public when he could not read an arithmetic figure while delivering his speech. Besides being a man of the people, the president does not shy away from controversy, be it corruption cases, rape cases, and polygamy – having been married 6 times and having over 21 children.
However, the president’s life has never been smooth sailing. He never got formal education when he was young because he had to fend for his family after his father passed away. Despite not having a formal education, he taught himself how to read and write in the bush and can current speak 6 languages fluently.
It seems that President Zuma has beaten the odds to get to this level. However, the past always haunts you; he seemed to have a problem grasping the concept of arithmetic while delivering his speech. See the clip below:
