The Beaches in Africa are as vast and varied as continent itself, with each having something unique to offer to everyone while remaining distinctly African. The continent prides itself with some of the best beaches in the world; this is the reason why visitors from various parts of the globe flock the African continent to have fun on the sun backed beaches. So which are the best beaches in Africa? To answer this question, I will take a both a subjective and objective approach, to come up with a list of the best beach vacations families in the continent. The subjective approach will be based on personal experience and reviews of other people who have had first-hand experience on these beaches, while the objective approach will be based on the ratings of review companies such as TripAdvisor, Blue Flag awards among others.

Diani Beach Kenya
The Diani Beach that stretches for about 10 kilometers. It is popular for its white sands, and Turquoise colored waters that are home to coral reef and thousands of exotic marine creatures.
Dotted along the sandy beaches are watersports centers offering everything from snorkeling, to windsurfing and kite-surfing. These breathtaking sites are accompanied by thatched sea front bars and restaurants selling ice cold beer and local dishes and snacks. Seychelles, located off the East African Coast in the Indian Ocean is made up of over 115 beautiful islands that boast outstanding beaches. It is popular for its fine grained sand, Takamama trees and palms, and a sense of privacy.
