An enviable thick figure, clear skin, and dark hair; Pamela Jacobs looks every inch the ‘yummy mummy.’<\/em> One would easily guess that she is either in her late twenties or early thirties. However, she is a whopping 53 years old, and she has a son who is 21 years old.<\/p>\n

She could easily pass for her son\u2019s girlfriend, and when people ask about her age, she often has to help them pick up their jaws from the floor.<\/p>\n

“I often get hit on by younger men who are always taken aback when they discover that I am old enough to be their mother,<\/em>\u201d she explains.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So what\u2019s the secret that makes her look decades younger? <\/em><\/p>\n

“A good diet, regular exercise, and the fact that I am lucky to have some good genes,” She says.<\/p>\n

“<\/span>I also follow the 80\/20 diet rule; 80 percent healthy diet and 20 percent sneaking in the odd dessert, a little alcohol or organic dark chocolate,<\/em>” s<\/span>he adds. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

She also uses coconut oil in almost every meal and always uses sunscreen when going out.<\/p>\n

Though she is not a fan of the gym, she does some body conditioning exercises and takes sauna sessions as well. Finally, she gives the most credit for her youthful looks to her positive outlook on life.<\/p>\n

Angela Bassett (58 Years Old<\/strong>)<\/h2>\n

Shellie Bo Talley is a 50 years old, who can put <\/span>22-year-old looks to shame. She caused a <\/span>stir on the Internet a few years ago when her Instagram account that showed a fashionably and tastefully dressed lady went viral. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Crop tops, skinny jeans, high heels, and dresses that flatter her curves her favorite ammunition. The only thing that betrays her age is the gray hair that she has surprisingly decided to keep natural. 77 years old Bodybuilder Ernestine Shepard<\/h2>\n

Yes, you read it right; she is 77 years old, a true definition looking decades younger. She started her fitness journey in her mid-50\u2019s, which is proof that it is never too late to pursue your goals. This is after she found out she could not fit in any of the swimsuits she tried out.<\/p>\n

Bodybuilder Ernestine Shepard is 77 years old<\/strong><\/p>\n

With determination to bring change in her life, she recruited her sister, who became her workout buddy, and slowly but progressively, they started getting their sexy back. Unfortunately, a year into their training, her sister passed away. Shepard didn\u2019t quit but instead vowed to honor her sister’s memory by achieving the fitness goals they had set.<\/p>\n

True to her word, she has made her sister proud. Ernestine has since then run nine marathons and has won two bodybuilding titles. In 2010, the Guinness Book of World Records named her the World’s Oldest Performing Female Bodybuilder. She also runs a gym in Maryland, where she is a fitness instructor.<\/p>\n

So how does she get to look decades younger?<\/h3>\n

Despite her age, her daily regimen is not for the faint-hearted. She wakes up as early as 2:30 a.m. and reads her Bible before preparing for her morning workout. She takes a simple diet that mainly consists of boiled egg whites, vegetables, white meat, and a dose of 1,700 calories each day.<\/p>\n

Anette Larkins: The 70-Year-Old who Looks 30.<\/h2>\n

Saying Anette Larkins looks decades younger, would be a huge understatement. Annette Larkins is a 70-year-old grandma who would pass for a lady in her 30\u2019s. The youthful looks come with a downside though. When she goes out with her husband whom she has been married to for 54 years, s<\/span>he is often mistaken to be his daughter.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
